Trip to Salina left us 17 miles short! We enjoyed grapes, told funny stories, listened to music and killed two hours any way we new how too.

Summer Training!!!
The cross country team is meeting on Wednesday nights at the High School at 8:30pm. I have changed the time because the majority of you have prior engagements earlier. Friday morning we will continue meeting at 7:00am and for those of you that have been getting up and coming should know that its worth it! We have found some great trails and will continue to do so throughout the remainder of the summer.
